They are very easy to complete but here is how to complete each and every one: There are 61 achievements in the game ( 11 from the luxury flipper, 12 from the garden flipper, 11 from the HGTV flipper, 3 from the apocalypse flipper, and 24 from the basic gameplay). You can complete all the achievements only if you buy all the DLCs because some of them are impossible to complete without the DLCs. Like every other game on steam, House Flipper has achievements as well. There are also some new additions to the game such as house expansion (you can build additional rooms in/next to the house not just move walls), fixing roofs, and overall just …farming, owning farm animals, and planting fruits and veggies. There is not that much known about the DLC except the fact that you become a farmer.

The release date of the DLC is still unknown but it’s supposedly coming out at the end of 2022 or the beginning of 2023.

I don’t know how many new houses/ properties you get in the DLC but I might write an update on that.įarming DLC is exactly what the name already tells you it is. There are also some new mechanics in the game, such as painting ceilings and creating an attic and additional 700 new items. In the DLC you are able to adopt different pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, turtles, and even lizards), which you feed and take care of. Either way I will be back to update this post to let you know as soon as I can.Pets DLC is supposedly getting released on May 12, 2022. I can try to start up the game after I get out of the bathroom if you can wait that long so I can count how many stories is in the luxury DLC versus the pet DLC. Even if it is the same amount of stories (cuz I I'm not near the game to confirm), you will definitely spend more time building up the luxury houses. And I think luxury story mode has more stories as opposed to pets which only has 11 stories. If you want to fix up more things in story mode luxury DLC is for you.Īs an owner of all the DLCs you should get all of the obviously cuz they all have awesome pieces in it, however if you have to choose between the two, luxury is your best bet you will have more fun with it. With the pets DLC there's less House repair and more like doing basic task during story mode at least. I get that they're all on the countryside but they should have sprucend it up a bit. Meanwhile in pets the dogs kill frame rate, and I feel like all the houses are similar.

Luxury DLC is just as interactive as the HGTV DLC, you get more of a free range to design in story mode. But I had more fun playing and fixing the luxury DLC cases. As for the pets DLC you get the ability to tile/paint ceilings and change the front door positions it also comes with attics and stuff.
